Terms & Conditions For Sellers

Monthly Antiques, Interiors & Collectables and Collectables Sales charges are 21% (incl. VAT) commission plus £5.40 (incl. VAT) lot fee.

Country House and Militaria & Sporting Sales charges are 21% (incl. VAT) commission plus £6.50 (incl. VAT) lot fee. 

All electrical items must be PAT tested at £4.80 (incl. VAT).

If you require collection our transport fees are £96 per hour (incl. VAT), charged from the time the van departs the saleroom. Minimum charge is £50 (incl. VAT).

The minimum fixed reserve is £50. Reserves can be no higher than the lower estimate.
Fixed reserves must be discussed with the Valuer and mutually agreed at time of consignment of goods.

The auctioneer will use 10% discretion on the reserve price unless otherwise notified by the vendor. 

A withdrawal fee of commission at mid-estimate will be applied to your account if an item is withdrawn after the catalogue is published (online or printed).

Payment is made via BACS 24-25 days after the sale.
