Lot 1Cased senior Naval officers bicorn hat and epaulettes in fitted and lined japped metal case with plaque for Gieves rn408847 with various shipping labels and stencilled lettering for W. S. Clouston, the red velvet lined interior with folding top section, lift out epaulette shelves with crowned fouled anchor, gilt and white metal bullion, the hat with silk lining and makers detail for Gieves Ltd to His Majesty the King, 21 Old Bond Street, London and 120 Princess Street, Edinburgh.
Lot 4Victorian Naval Officers sword with 30 inch slightly curved single broad fullered blade with engraved detail. Victorian coat of arms and crowned fouled anchor with makers details for Henry Wilkinson, Pall Mall London, with lions head pommel and half basket brass guard with crowned fouled anchor, the leather and brass mounted scabbard with Wilkinson Gun and Sword Maker, Pall Mall, London makers shield plaque.
Lot 919th C Continental Naval cutlass with 26 1/4 inch broad blade with single broad fuller with traces of engraved detail including double headed eagle crest, S & K 1849 with steel grip, guard and side cup complete with leather and brass mounted sheath, stamped 713 to the leather and double headed eagle crest S & K to the brass mounts.
Lot 27Scarse Wilkinson Sword Fairbairn-Sykes commando fighting knife, American private purchase, with 7 inch double edged blade engraved "The FS Fighting Knife Wilkinson Sword London" with finely engraved details for Hank Fieberg 36266305 with checkered brass grip, complete with original sheath, with a large selection of research material, information and photographs relating to Hank Fieberg, staff sergeant in the US army, various photocopies of associated photographs, newspaper cuttings, and ephemera relating to Hank including reunion pictures of Hank with other members of the "Bloody Bucket Boys" of the 28th infantry division.
