A brand-new series of The Yorkshire Auction House is set to launch on TV channel Quest, with the popular auction programme moving to a new channel and a new slot (previously Mondays on Really channel). The series begins on Wednesday 7th January and follows auctioneer Angus Ashworth and his experienced team at Ryedale Auctioneers in Kirkbymoorside as they take on jobs from across the country.

From full house clearances to large collections, the programme offers a behind-the-scenes look at the fast-moving world of auctions, revealing how overlooked possessions can be transformed into valuable auction lots. Viewers follow the process from initial valuations and logistical challenges through to the tension and excitement of the auction room.

Led by Ashworth’s expertise and friendly approach, the series blends real-life stories, unexpected discoveries and competitive bidding, offering an inside look at what it takes to get items ready for sale at auction.
