With new information released by the government we are putting together step by step guidelines for our team to introduce a staged uplift of services we can currently offer to you. We are now able to offer a delivery/collection service for items that you may have to come in to auction or large items that you have purchased that you wished to be delivered, please contact us by e-mail should this be helpful to you. House removals/clearances are now available with planned social distancing in place.
A small number of staff are currently working onsite Monday-Friday 10am-3pm to assist with the day to day running of the auction house in preparation for the eventual opening to the public on the 15th June (Monday-Friday only). The safety of our staff and customers is paramount and we are working towards allowing access to the building from this date and are putting appropriate measures in place to ensure everyone’s health. Access to the public will be strictly by appointment only, to be arrange by phone or e-mail.
As before, if you are interested in buying at one of our auctions you will be able to bid live online or leave absentee bids. Full condition reports will be completed upon request.
Items that are purchased in our sales can be sent out via post where possible, collections can be arranged by appointment from the 15th June, or alternatively if you would like us to deliver direct to you this can be arranged. We would request that payment be made by bank transfer or by card over the phone as we are not accepting cash payments at present.
